If you are an international employee visiting the U.S., please download and save your I-94 form after every entry to the U.S. https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov. Check the I-94 to make sure all information is correct. There is a high error rate on I-94 documents, and the dates on the I-94 govern your lawful stay in the U.S. – not the dates on your passport, visa, or approval notice.
